There are still some things that Walmart will not price match, so I still do separate posts on Krogers, Randalls, and Aldi deals as usual. For example, Kroger cheese that normally goes on sale often cant be price matched at Walmart because Walmart doesn't sell this cheese. It has to be the same brand, size, item, etc...
Ok, so here is how price matching works. When your checking out notify your cashier that your price matching to X store because they have the item priced at $X amount of dollars this week. It is advised that you bring an actual ad from that store to show proof just in case they ask. But Walmart price match policy says you dont have to bring the ad with you. If for whatever reason you do have issues, the names of each store in this post is a link to their website so you can find the online ad which I show them on my phone. No one in my Walmart has ever asked me to see an ad, but I'm still prepared.

Stay organized! Some people write the price and name of the store on a sticky note and attach it to the product to make it easier on the cashiers. Kind of like this photo, except make sure you write the stores name on it too.
