Walmart Deals for Galveston through South Houston Areas June 26 - July 2nd

These prices are good from June 26th - July 2nd

I found out my local Walmart price matches to any store within a 50 mile radius!!! Thats from Galveston through the southern part of Houston. So get all the deals at one store instead of having to drive all over town.

There are still some things that Walmart will not price match, so at the bottom of the post I have a section on good deals you can only get at certain stores like Krogers, Randalls etc...

Ok, so here is how price matching works. When your checking out notify your cashier that your price matching to X store because they have the item priced at $X amount of dollars this week. It is advised that you bring an actual ad from that store to show proof just in case they ask. But Walmart price match policy says you dont have to bring the ad with you. If for whatever reason you do have issues, the names of each store used in this post are listed at the very bottom with a link to their website so you can find the online ad which I show them on my phone. No one in my Walmart has ever asked me to see an ad, but I'm still prepared.

Stay organized! Some people write the price and name of the store on a sticky note and attach it to the product to make it easier on the cashiers. This is how I did mine and checking out was so easy.

How I get my coupons:

1. I have 4 subscriptions for the Sunday newspaper with the Houston Chronicle. They have special pricing if you need multiple copies. That means I get 4 of the same coupon from each coupon insert.

2. I have 2 computers and 1 printer. Each computer can print 2 of the same printable coupon.

Not all of these deals require coupons, but are listed because they are what I call a "rock bottom" price on that item and you should stock up on it.

SS = SmartSource coupon insert in the Sunday newspaper

RP = RedPlum coupon insert in the Sunday newspaper

RED coloration means the item is FREE, most likely after using a certain coupon

BLUE coloration means the price/deal is crazy good, rock bottom price and you should stock up on this item

For various reasons Walmart wont price match these deals, so if you want them you will have to visit the store to get it. For example, Walmart will not price match to Kroger brand products, or Target's Market Pantry brand products etc... 

Kroger

Bayer low dose aspirin $2.34. Look for the ones with the $3 catalina offer when you buy 2. Catalina offer expires July 3rd
Buy 2 of them and use
$4 off 2 Bayer items coupon from RP June 23rd, coupon expires June 30th so do this asap!
OR use two copies of the $2 off 1 Bayer item coupon from June 3rd RP
= 2 boxes for 68¢, but you get back a $3 catalina good on your next purchase at Krogers! Thats a $2.32 money maker for every 2 that you buy!!! 
I had 4 copies of each coupon so I got 4 boxes and got back $18 worth of catalinas. For some reason I paid 68¢ out of pocket when I used the $2 coupons, but I paid 35¢ when I used the $4 coupons. To make sure this will work properly I bought each set of 2 boxes separately to make sure a catalina would print out every time. ***ALSO beware that at my Krogers I attempted to buy $18 worth of groceries thinking I could apply ALL the catalinas I had at once. However, the register would only accept 1 even though the catalina does not say there are any restraints. So I ended up dividing my groceries into separate transactions.*** You can only do this at Krogers because Walmart wont print out a catalina.

I spent $2.76 out of pocket for 12 boxes but got back $18 worth of catalinas!
Thats like paying me $15.24 to take these boxes out of the store :)
