Arlan's Market - Galveston
Prices effective: Jan 2nd - Jan 8th

**Coupon Policy** They do not accept internet coupons. They triple any coupon with a value up to 39¢, and double coupons from 40¢ to 50¢. If you have 2 of the same coupon, only 1 of those will be double or tripled. So its best to make separate transactions or make a purchase at a later time if you want to buy multiple of the same item with coupons. This policy is not entirely coupon friendly, and its very limiting, but you can score a few free items very now and then. The fact that they don't accept internet coupons is such an archaic thing though :(.

Meat
-Beef boneless chuck roast $2.99 per lb
-Fresh pork sirloin chops $1.29 per lb. I've seen them as low as $1.19 per lb, but $1.29 is not a bad price.
-Bar S lunch meat 99¢ each
-Bar S meat franks 99¢ each

Produce
-Cucumbers 39¢ each
-Large bell peppers 39¢ each
-Zucchini 89¢ per lb

Dairy
-nothing

Other Deals

-Del Monte ketchup 24oz 99¢ each
-Crest toothpastes 99¢ each. Use 50¢ off 1 from Dec 30th Proctor and Gamble insert. They should double the 50¢ coupon, making the toothpaste FREE. They will only double the same coupon once per your entire purchase. So if you have more than one coupon and really want to use them, you will have to make multiple visits and buy them in separate transactions.

HEB- Based on Texas City Location's Ad
Prices effective: Jan 2nd - Jan 8th

**Update Jan 7th 2012** All the deals below that mention using a in store coupon can not be combined with any other manufacturer coupons (at least thats how it is in my store), because they are considered manufacturer coupons. You will see them all around the store, and they look like the image below.

These coupons say "manufacturer coupon" on them. The cashier told me sometimes there are some of these coupons that say otherwise. So just make sure to read what kind they are before you assume its a store coupon, and can be stacked with a manufacturer coupon. I have changed the prices below.

Meat

-Atlantic Salmon fillets $3.97 per lb.

-Hill Country Fare Chorizo 12oz 5 for $5

Produce
-Texas grapefruit 18lb bag $3.98 each. If you love grapefruit this is an amazing price.

-Salad tomatoes 88¢ per lb
-Texas small oranges 6 for $1
-Yellow onions, 2lbs for $1

Dairy
-Hill Country fare Dessert Topping 8oz tubs 78¢ each

-HEB brand cream cheese, or Neufchatel cheeses 8oz 5 for $5

Other Deals

-HEB Mayo or Whip Salad dressing 30oz $1.38 each with in store hanging coupon.
-Colgate toothbrushes 99¢ each with in store hanging coupon...I have seen cheaper else where.
-Hill Country Essentials twin blade plus disposable razors for men or women 5 count $1 each
-KC Masterpiece Barbecue sauce 16oz 58¢ each with in store coupon!! This is a stock up price. Plus there is a $1.25 off 1 coupon on the Ibotta ap. You can use only 1 Ibotta ap offer, doesn't matter if you bought multiple BBQ sauces. I just tried this on the Ibotta ap and it was so easy to do. It walks you through taking a picture of your receipt and it scans the bar code on the BBQ sauces bottle to verify that you bought the item. Once it finishes processing your offer, it deposits the $1.25 into your paypal account. At 54¢ each, then another $1.25 off, thats like getting 2 for FREE. I'm still waiting to see if it will clear, considering I used that HEB yellow hang tag coupon pictured above. I don't know if I can use 1 manufacturer coupon AND the Ibotta app coupon, all on the same item.
-Stevia Pure Via All Natural Sweetener 40 count $1.99 each with in store coupon. This is a pretty good price. However, mine rang up to $2.19 even with the coupon...so I was not very happy and I didn't get them. They had Stevia in the Raw on sale and there was a coupon for $1 off 1 in Jan 6th SmartSource, which made a box of 50 packets $1.99. So there was more packets and it cost less than the Pure Via brand.
-HEB brand Toasted Oats cereals 2 for $2
-HEB Bake Shop split top honey wheat bread 24oz 88¢ each.
-Champ Mini Chunk dry dog food 13-15lbs $5 each!
